Rosie Curran joined the Cooperation and Competition Panel (CCP)
as a legal adviser in March 2010. She is a competition law
specialist with experience in EU and UK competition law. Before
joining the CCP she worked as a consultant solicitor advising on
possible remedies following an order of the Competition Commission
in relation to the Groceries Market investigation. Prior to working
as a consultant solicitor she worked for law firm Addleshaw

Andrew Taylor is currently Vice President, Operations and
Administration, Europe at McKesson, the healthcare IT company. At
the time of writing this article, Andrew was Director of the
Cooperation and Competition Panel for NHS-funded services (CCP). In
this role he led reviews of numerous mergers as well as
investigations into procurement disputes, and anti-competitive
behaviour in the NHS. Before joining the CCP, Andrew worked at the
Competition Commission where he was Senior Director, Inquiries. He
